CANARI is registered as a not-for-profit corporation under the laws of Trinidad and Tobago, St. Lucia and St. Croix. The Institute is governed by a Partnership that comprises staff partners and non-staff, elected partners. The Partnership comprises a majority of elected partners with a minimum of nine persons. Ultimate oversight for the Institute's operations and systems resides in the Managing Partner but management responsibilities are shared amongst staff partners.
